About Lynn Montei

Quite simply, Lynn is deeply interested in who you really are and what you want to create. She reminds you how powerful you are and provides support as you take a stand for your own dreams. Lynn brings expertise in high-impact coaching, strategic alignment and leadership development. In addition to coaching, she serves as a facilitator of engaging and transformative workshops, retreats and planning intensives. 

Lynn's career includes work in business, non-profit, government and education. After a long career as executive director of a suburban Chicago council of governments, she was ready to pursue her lifelong passion—to be in service to the highest potential of others.

Lynn founded Lynn Montei Consulting in 2002, and has worked with individuals, organizations and businesses to help them remember and realize their true purpose and power in the world. Undistracted by clients' problems or perceived limitations, she trains a laser-like focus on potential—experience, strength, capability and power.

Lynn acknowledges her family and friends, her many academic and wisdom teachers, learning experiences in both public and private institutions, her bachelor of science degree and graduate studies. Particularly important to her personal and professional development are the roles played by mentors, teachers and clients who saw and cultivated the potential they saw in her. She is most grateful for the opportunity to serve. Lynn is a fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and contributes as catalyst and supporter of transformational change in local, national and international arenas. Lynn is based in Clarendon Hills, Illinois.
