Design, Facilitation and Coaching Services

Since 2002, Lynn Montei Associates has developed senior management teams and boards of trustees, developed strategic and business plans for governments, businesses and nonprofit organizations, and served as executive coach to leaders in all sectors. Our expertise is informed by 30 years of experience, education and training in business and organization management, creativity and living systems principles. Lynn served as Dean of the School for Leadership and Change, with peer faculty Peter Block, Peter Koestenbaum, Lou Ann Daly and others, to prepare and develop teams leading change initiatives.

We employ open, engaging designs, exercises and tools, customizing each project element to meet the unique needs of our client. We prominently feature stakeholder engagement in our processes in the knowledge that they are essential to successfully creating your vision. The proof, of course, is in the outcome. Our clients tell us they have never been more powerful and strategic in fulfillment of their purpose. A new vigor, clarity and quality of support yields achievements they hadn't thought possible.

Our approach utilizes robust theory and method based on the ground-breaking work of Peter Senge, Peter Block, Ron Lippitt, Kathy Dannemiller, Otto Scharmer and Margaret Wheatley. We utilize Whole-ScaleTM methodology, Action Learning and Theory U principles in our process and event designs and facilitation. Our work is a balance of art and science, and is further elevated by our being fully present in the consultant-client relationship.

Lynn has been a patient and wise shepherd with our reorganizing efforts, encouraging and probing at just the right spots to get us to think deeper and wider. She stays fully present and caring regardless of what is going on, and is a master at synthesis of the materials, feeding the information back in meaningful ways. It's a special achievement in that our team members are dispersed from Hawaii to Nova Scotia, so our planning process is being done largely by conference call.
